NetFest 2023 Features Three Sports
MERIDIAN, MS — The State Games of Mississippi’s popular NetFest series this spring has added a new sport — Pickleball —to the lineup.
Pickleball, along with 3v3 Soccer and 4-Person Volleyball, round out the offerings on March 25, 2023.
Pickleball competition will be held at Northwood Country club with Men’s and Women’s Doubles, in both the Open Division and the 50 & Over Division. The entry fee is $25 per player and start time will be 1 p.m.
3v3 Soccer will feature two divisions — Youth action on March 25 and Adult play on March 26. Both events will be held at the Jaycee Soccer Complex. Youth divisions will go from U6 B/G to U14 B/G, plus High School grades 9-12, B/G and Coed. Adults have two divisions — 30 & Under M/W & Coed and Over 30 M/W Coed. Deadline to enter is Monday, March 20.
4-Person Volleyball features Men A & B, Women and Youth competitions. All will be held March 25 at Court of Gray. The entry fee is $60 for a 4-person team (max 6 players). Pre-registration by March 22; but on-site registration will be held the day of the event.
